Thai Yoga Techniques (often called Thai Yoga Massage) is a traditional healing system from Thailand that blends assisted yoga, acupressure, energy-line work (Sen lines), and rhythmic stretching into a single, flowing therapeutic practice. Think of it as yoga done to you, the practitioner moves your body through postures while applying pressure, traction, and mindful touch. (with the client fully clothed)

Acupressure—thumb, palm, elbow, or foot pressure along Sen energy lines

Joint mobilization—gentle traction, oscillation, and range-of-motion work

Rhythmic rocking—soothing, nervous-system calming movement
- 05
Mindful breath coordination—practitioner and client synchronize breath during stretches
Sessions often last 60–120 minutes.
